Jenny Ortilla is a Human Ecologist with expertise in local and business developments, and market research. Her educational journey began at the University of the Philippines - Los Banos where she displayed exceptional aptitude for science and a keen interest in social dynamics. She pursued a Bachelor's degree in Environmental studies, focusing on Human Ecology major in Human Settlements Planning. During her undergraduate years, she actively engaged in community development projects, conducted research on local ecosystems and their relationship with socio-economic factors.
Early in her career, Jenny co-wrote local development plans during her undergrad, and worked as a Data Research Analyst in a Software Company based in Japan where she played a key role in market and brand research focused on mobile applications. She also worked as a Business Development Manager in a Real Estate Company in Philippines where she facilitated Partnerships and Fundraising activities. Jenny also became part of one of the top 10 Real Estate Developers in the Philippines where she headed the Market Research Department supporting Land acquisitions, Business Development and Executive departments.
Jenny's exceptional skills in market research and analysis quickly gained recognition, leading her to transition into business development. She joined a dynamic team at BioConnexUS Capital as a Research Analyst, where she played a pivotal role in identifying emerging markets and driving growth strategies.
